Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our salon for your hair services. In order to secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $20 upon booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to fill the spot with another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. However, we understand that emergencies happen and we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
